As a BACP registered Counsellor, I'm deeply committed to helping you break down the barriers that trouble you, cultivate increased self awareness, and live a more fulfilling life. I specialize in anxiety, relationship concerns, addiction, stress, and expat issues. I also have have experience working with a range of issues, including: depression, low self-esteem, and trauma, and major life changes.

Counselling utilises various techniques such as cognitive-behavioral approaches and mindfulness exercises to promote self-awareness, enhance coping skills, and foster personal growth.

Ultimately, counselling provides a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insights, and work towards leading a more fulfilling life.
